Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, booking platforms, or by direct contact.

All bookings are subject to availability. KMD Spa by Car reserves the right to refuse or decline a booking at our discretion.

Please ensure all personal and health information provided is accurate and up to date, as this is necessary to ensure treatments are safe and appropriate.

Consultation and Health Information

A consultation is required before your first treatment and may be updated at future appointments.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, medical conditions, medications, and any changes to your wellbeing.

KMD Spa by Car cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or outcomes where relevant health information has not been disclosed.

Certain treatments may be declined if they are not considered safe or appropriate.

Professional Boundaries

All treatments are professional therapeutic services.

Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.

Full payment will still be required.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately following the appointment, depending on the booking method.

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full treatment fee.

This policy protects the time reserved specifically for you.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.

The full treatment fee will still apply.

Mobile Appointments

For mobile treatments, you agree to provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment for the treatment.

KMD Spa by Car reserves the right to refuse treatment if the environment is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable.

Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Results and Expectations

Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle, health, and individual response to treatment.

Treatments provided are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

No guarantees can be made regarding specific outcomes.

Liability

KMD Spa by Car will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse reaction where:

• Health information has not been fully disclosed

• Aftercare advice has not been followed

• Information provided during consultation was inaccurate

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it is unlawful to do so.

Refusal of Treatment

KMD Spa by Car reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the best interest of the client.
